Jingpu Solar Holds Specialised Training Session on ‘Uniting Forces to Break Through Growth Barriers’ to Empower Corporate Transformation and Upgrading

Recently, Jingpu Solar organised a specialised training programme entitled ‘Uniting Forces to Break Through and Drive Growth’. The event featured an in-depth lecture by Mr Xu Jianli, General Manager of Deloitte Consulting in Dezhou, Senior Strategic Advisor, and Marketing and Human Resources Consulting Expert. Mr Xu addressed core topics including corporate transformation and upgrading, as well as operational target management. Senior and middle management personnel alongside key business personnel participated in the training.

During the training session, Mr Xu commenced by addressing the urgency of corporate transformation and upgrading. He analysed the four key dimensions of transformation: roles, strategy, management and operations, and mechanisms. He emphasised that enterprises must transition from extensive management to lean operations, clarifying the operational logic of ‘securing victory before engaging in battle’. Within the operational target management module, Mr Xu elaborated on the constituent elements of ‘shareholder return on investment’. By deconstructing net profit margin, asset turnover rate, and capital leverage, he enabled participants to grasp the fundamental logic of corporate profitability. Concurrently, he systematically outlined the end-to-end management process for achieving operational objectives. This encompassed the SMART principles for target formulation, the clarity, interconnectivity, and challenge-driven nature of the target system, and the synergy between target management and process management. Together, these elements constructed a comprehensive target management framework for participants. Addressing Jingpu Solar's developmental needs, Mr Xu proposed nine breakthrough growth strategies. These encompassed consensus building, system upgrades, strategic transformation, organisational optimisation, mechanism activation, technological breakthroughs, marketing innovation, production focus, and talent development. This framework provides actionable pathways for the enterprise to overcome developmental bottlenecks and achieve sustained growth. Participants affirmed that the training content closely aligned with the company's practical requirements, combining theoretical depth with practical guidance. They expressed their commitment to applying the acquired knowledge in their daily work to propel Jingpu Solar towards new breakthroughs in its transformation and upgrading endeavours.
